Japan is hearing scary stories... About Russia planning a simultaneous Communist Revolutions.... Starting with the far east.

Japan is scared. Soo scared that we are starting to get illogical. And Japan getting illogical is an equivalent of end of the world, as all your cars and calculators will start behaving weird.

So USSR, I hope the rumour I heard is not true. If I hear more scary stories about you, then we'll be forced to beg permission to build a army who shoots bullets instead of flowers.

I also congratulate Pakistan and India for what they have done

Germany extends the hand of friendship and offers Japan the "Sacred Chant".

OOC: This is weird, some people nicknamed Beefy Japan at high school...and by some, I mean killfr3nzy.

You know... for retorting to a threatening joke sprinkled with clown smileys, you sound awfully serious. Have you over extended your hand and played your cards before the time is right, Mr Wu?

Would you prefer Russia of the age being all friendly, extending hands of friendships with mortal rivals, suddenly forgetting all past animosity to provide a less immersive experience that would serve to only benefit those against us? Frankly, I prefer the role play, its more enjoyable that way, so insult not our rhetoric! We don't insult your pish posh Made-In-China labels! Maybe we should...

It was a joke intended at your supposed shooting of flowers...

Is Russia, the bad boy of the age, not allowed to make threatening jokes?

Secondly, Pakistan wishes to condemn Czechoslovakia's annexation of Hungary, an ally of Czechoslovakia, and wonders why the Warsaw pact has given no reaction to this. Perhaps this defensive pact is just a sham, designed to lull the rest of the world into thinking the Eastern Bloc is a cohesive group, while in reality they are at each others throats?
Surely, when handling matters of internal security and etc, you do not just blare it to the world at large. Are we not a "secret secret" pact enshrouded in such mystery and closed societies that people have to send spy planes just to find out what we are doing?

Russia, I have no idea. The problem with NPC nations is if you mess with one, you mess with all
Probably meant to enforce the idea of the historical "COLD WAR", which obviously wasn't World War III, hardly surprising.

Additionally, we would like to offer congratulations at our friend, India, for resolving a political issue that would surely be a thorn in the side needlessly.

China is now trading and exchanging our respective trade goods with each other.

China will be sending some of the peoples army to aid Iran in a defensive capacity. They will not cross the original Iranian border and are a last ditch force in cause of uncalled for Turkish, Egyptian, or Saudi Arabian Territory.

China will be conducting its invasion of Bhutan within the next turn, we will give the rightful throne back to the Monarchy and remain in a position to defend him against further illegal and violent acts.

Kashmir will indeed be returned to the Kashmiri (sp?). It will be a coalition of India, Pakistan, and China as these are the nations returning land for the new nation. They will be safeguarded from internal strife and from outside aggression and a Democracy will be put into place, with communists, socialists, and capitalists running for election. China will lead the first group as governor-general. (For a more detailed plan look at Flaxs post)

China wishes all the best to Britain in their invasion and thanks them for giving us back Hong Kong (that little British dot on my coast was making me angry.)

Russia, we understand no reason to make "joking" threats about attacking innocent nations. You would do well to avoid making China angry. There are certain comments that will never be construed as being "jokes". We wish for a formal apology from the Kremlin.

We offer no apology, as it was obviously a joke.

Japan obviously has cruisers, which it has publically declared sent to the Gulf of Aden or that area to impede piracy.

If Japan jokingly made a comment about its strength being comparable to its men shooting flowers, I fail to see why we aren't allowed to make a joke about it too, is politics all declarations of war and sincere threats?

Nevertheless, since you are so twitchy about it, we offer a formal apology from the Kremlin for any false implications one might have had.

From a fellow communist comrade to another,

a Democracy will be put into place, with communists, socialists, and capitalists running for election. China will lead the first group as governor-general.
    Oo... communist party eh?

    They have our vote!

The Kashmir is no plot. I have no interest to wage war with India and Pakistan. I will be happy to give power of the coalition over to Pakistan at the end. (less stuff to write up.)

As to Bhutan i will be simply replacing the king on the throne and then making sure of his security before i move out. We love Bhutan as much as the Bhutanese.

We accept your apology and also apologize, we may have overreacted, but we are rightfully nervous of threats from our brother to the north, even the thought that you may humor such ideas in your mind is scary.

Yes. One way is to be attacked first so not to invoke any defensive alliances and get the region ganging up on you.

I personally am Not worried in the slightest. I have already won, I simply did not expect that Botswana and Mozambique would want a piece of the pie (which is my fault actually, I should have kept my mouth shut). They are not allied with South Africa in the slightest, and I do not plan on ever attacking them. My military action is over in South Africa, now the rebuilding begins.

( OOC: In all honesty even if I did attack them I might be able to take them. South africa was the only nation with any real power Sub Saharan, the rest are pretty backwards, like REALLY backwards. I just don't feel like wasting the effort and PR that such a war would naturally include. I only plan on going to war if I have a good reason to, and this is not a particularly good reason)

Here I'll tell you the difference between joke and threat

Japan: "Hey we are going to fight the strongest country in the world and win!"

    Thats a joke.

USSR: "Hey. Lets play some game? "

    Thats a threat.

    I hope you understand.

Its also a possibility that if you end up thrashing them too well everyone might end up ganging up on you anyway in fear of being next and if your ploy to get them to attack is too obvious or is discovered as your doing they will see it as an act of war in itself and their allies will be peeved to say the least.

    Joke

Russia: "Hey we're going to war with the strongest country in the world! Then we're going to conquer the world!"

    *bonk*

    "Ow!, What was that for!?"

"Oh right, we ARE the strongest country in the world."

    Threat

Russia: *wipes bloody bayonet on the dirt* Ah comrade! A magnificent piece of work... *stares at the city in rubble*... Today, (Insert Country), Tomorrow, the world! Russia will rebuild the world in flames and our tanks will roll over the corpses of your defenders...

We threaten more directly, 牛先生,Russia doesn't play cloak and daggers

We have not heard from East Germany, Have they decided to Withdraw? Russia I assume you would know. Have you heard from him?
You assumed wrong, I assure you, we have not heard about any mobilization plans of any sorts, or withdrawal plans, or any plans of any sorts, from the extremely well organized planners of East Germany, who have planned this interesting turn of events, but have not planned on the reaction, but we hope they are planning to rectify the situation diplomatically... although what that is to be interpreted as remains to be seen.

Russia has simply been given an ultimatum from the heavens, to react, or to react.

    Find the meaning in that...

Have formerly signed a deal of neutrality in the war between NATO and the USSR/Warsaw Powers. God doesn't give the man two things.

If the lady is pretty, she must not be intelligent, as that would cause inflation in mans standards.

Likewise, Russians with a sense of humour is considered incredibly overpowered. As not only you can entertain your people, but also can scare the shniz out of all the foreign countries.
