Either we find someone else to do it or we dump it because I realy dont want to have more junk to juggle.

A possible compromise is to let everyone keep their trade good, but only one other person can get it.

However, the economic system was designed to help curb nuclear war and foment alliances based upon economic need.

I was kinda thinking of losing the whole points thing and just have the trade good that players can swap around.

I am fine with that, although you may have to find a way to balance espionage actions then. As it was we had to pay for all that stuff, now we need at least some kind of penalty for doing over the top stuff. (you know like the kind I love doing)

I think I'm going to put a limit on those like 1 medium/major action a turn for regular countries, 2 for Rich countries, and 3 for superpowers. Epic actions will need a turns prep before carrying out.

As far as I know, Turkey's weapons shipments go to nations with TEN tech, and China, which presumably has a slightly lower number, but far more people to throw. Now I ask you, is risking trade disruption really worth a backwards, war-mongering, and erratic ally?
I am sorry was this directed at me and if it was can you describe your reasoning a little more throughly.

I dont care honestly about the economics. Lately i have been throwing my points around. in write ups i just has orders of increasing or decreasing importance and whatever cannot be completed with enough economic points is binned. Personally i vote for whatever is simplest so we can have clear and concise rules on economics, at the moment i really have no idea where i stand economically.

    P.S.
Is roadkill inactive as canada, because he has said absolutely nothing throughout the course of the game. Just wondering because i dont want the game to fall into inactive levels because people aren't committed to it.

The fact that people are rushing to Turkey's aide, when

    1. They don't need the little bits and pieces that Turkey gives them

    And

    2. When Turkey itself has been far more aggressive than myself.

I have no quarrel with either Britain, Japan, or China, but they are stifling what little trade I can come up with.

    No ham, pepsi.
They make deli slices of frozen pepsi now? Awesome!
You also need to purchase a small freezer for storage of your pepsi.
It runs on batteries. You'll need a few.
Uhh, I guess I won't have pepsi then. Do you have change for a twenty?

how? we have not attacked you whatsoever or harmed your trade at all. all we have done is combated pirates..... I have no idea why you assume we are launching attacks on you. I have not said anything about stifling Somalia's trade. all I have done is kept my own trade routes free of pirates.

Czechoslovakai wishes to make a statement regarding it's current military actions in Central Europe. Due to the Russians being militarily strained, Czechoslovakia cannot control the sudden outbreak of riots in Poland, while simultaneously trying to get the Hungarian government back up and running.

Thus, Czechoslovakia wishes to ask the Germanies if they may help take part in the stabilization of the region.

Well it was not from my forces then. I specified that I was attacking only pirates. Are you sure it did not come through for some other reason?

(unless your trade is coming in on pirate ships )

It would seem that the Czechs have cotton in their ears. We are not talking about Sabotage actions or anything of that sort. We are talking about a problem with Somalian trade that it may have been intercepted. I have attacked only pirates, and have no reason to disrupt Somalian trade. What is my motivation exactly?

The sheer amount of insults you have given me Czechoslovakia is really starting to annoy me. I ask they Desist, NOW.

(ohhh I cant wait for the writeup, it was you wasn't it Czechoslovakia..... you launched the attack..... )

Shut up czechloslovakia, you are annoying china and are also spreading lies among other nations.

Somalia, China does not even has naval forces stationed in the red sea at this moment. So we are absolved from any blame as to stifling your trade (you however ARE stifling our trade)

    === WORLD NEWS DAILY ===

    Campaign of terror in Zimbabwe

30 armed men wearing South African military uniforms marched through the streets of several villages, burning down buildings and forcing people out of their homes. The men wielded AK-47s and fired into the crowds; it is still unknown how many civilians are dead, but southern Zimbabwe is in chaos, especially in the province of Masvingo, but also near Gwanda. The southern African nation only recently emerged from Civil War, and the new government has yet to respond to the violence.

    Holy war declared in Pakistan

Imams from a militant Wahhabi sect of the Sunni faith declared a jihad upon the Soviet Union due to their occupation of Afghanistan. The Imam declaration called the Soviet occupation of Muslim territories an insult to Allah and a disgrace to all Muslims everywhere, and that very soon the flaming sword of Allah would cut deep into the belly of the infidel. The Pakistani government refrained from commenting, however its position remained unchanged on the matter of Soviet occupation. Across the Middle East, few Muslims answered the call because they were too busy killing one another.

    Struggle for Syria

Turkish forces attempted to take the final settlements in Syria today, but met with strong resistance from the arrival of Egyptian and Saudi Arab allied forces. Some of Syrian territory was liberated by the allies after several vicious street battles. No estimates were given on the number of casualties, and reports from the war zone are conflicting. The Turkish press claims they have dealt a devastating blow to the resistance, while Arabian newspapers claim their forces are winning the battle. The free government of Syria vows eternal resistance to Turkish aggression.

Mob Arrests made near Mexican border

Anonymous tips led immigration police directly to Russian mafia posing as Eastern European tourists. The group entered the country after paying the drug cartels for assistance in distracting the border guards. INS then received a call exposing the plot, apparently from someone affiliated with the drug cartels or weapons smugglers. It is known that an Italian organized crime syndicate owns much of the illegal business near the US-Mexico border, and they do not tolerate competition. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is taking a closer look into the matter, under suspicion of espionage rather than mafia activities. There is an apparent connection between this attempted border breach and the purchase of a house in New York by a corporation which is a known front for a group connected with Soviet intelligence. After the arrests, the purchased building was never occupied. Further details on the matter have been deemed classified.

Ok scratch that. I was the one who did it. but I believe greyblades misinterpreted my orders....... Greyblades, I never said I was blockading Somalia........ I said they were to hunt for pirates.........

but a much bigger issue, Britain's statement on the attack on the British colony of South Rhodesia (its not called southern Zimbabwe)

Britain has just received word that a group of south African militiamen Were seen attacking border villages in the British administrated Colony of South Rhodesia. They burned and assaulted innocent villagers and were armed...... with what appears to be AK47's . regardless to who deemed it necessary to fund and equip an assault on British land..... *Cough* Russia *Cough*, although those Czechs look guilty *cough*. We will be taking IMMEDIATE military action on the country of South Africa. The government of Britain formally declares war on the Apartheid rule of South Africa. For too long have you committed atrocities on your citizens, and meddled in the affairs of Africa. Now this? Britain declares that South African citizens are not blamed for the attack and that any South African soldier who lays down his arms, or better yet fights his oppressors will be given full amnesty. We declare that after the invasion South Africa will become a colony of Britain, but will be given full rights to create its own constitution and elect its own president.

The country of Namibia will be freed from its South African oppressors and will be given a chance to join the Burgeoning Colony of Greater south Africa which will be allowed a great level of autonomy and given Funding to help bring its nation up from the backwater nature the Former Apartheid rule has dropped it to.

Greta Britain calls for all African nations who have been victimized by south Africa to assist it in Britain's struggle to give them all freedom. We ask you all to help us in ending a humanitarian nightmare we have allowed to exist for TOO long!

The British will march on Messina, with a grand army to free the South Africans.. And will tolerate no European interference in this. An attack on a British colony is an attack on Britain. May you all remember that in the future.
We have no concrete proof on who supplied these men with their weapons, but we ask that it NEVER happens again. *whisper* cause who else uses AK's....*whisper*

(wow, I must have been very vengeful when I wrote this..... feels weird looking back on it a day latter)

Yet, Czechoslovakia knew it before you...British intelligence must be the slow type, Czechoslovakia summarizes.

Czechoslovakia also likes your agreement with Somalia as well, on how to use the very common AK-47 to try and blame Russia.

South Africa uses a version of the AK-47 that they produce in their own Nation. South Africa has many weapons that they make, such as Neostead, Mag-7, BXP, and others.

Many Middle Eastern and African Countries, as well as some South American, us models of AK-47's.

At this point, Russia does not use AK-47 to begin with, it uses AK-74.

Czechoslovakia thinks Britain needs facts straight. Czechoslovakia also takes joy in Britain impotent rage.

This seems to be heading for a chaotic crash. There needs to be a single person responsible for orders and the following effects. It´s absolutely no problem that ATPG does the writeup (quite the opposite) but the rest needs to be done by one person. It would be sad if this dies...
