AG: Unforunately, sig pictures are only allowed to be 150 pixels high. However, the white backgrounds suggests to me that you've currently downloaded and re-uploaded it, which is unnecessary, and seems to be making it smaller.

Simply go to your signature and add the following:

No worries. Just in User CP under edit signature, in the normal text space ie. next to where it currently says "Alain de Rohan" and "Duke of Bretagne".

For example, mine looks like this (with the two round brackets replaced by square:
