No, the old victory conditions are not wiped out, in fact you have now two separate victory conditions but the scripted one is the only one which the ai follows.

I forgot to mention in the earlier posts that this victory conditions is created by the guy names JMRC and updated by Konny.He has his own thread which explains every advantage of this modification in detail but not much people paid attention to it...
