I need more info before I can choose (can't load up the saved game without the KotF mod, it crashes). I need to know what trait is causing Christophe de Perronne's dread, as it appears to be completely cut off. You can continue beyond me though, as if I do not select Christophe, I will be selecting Ganelon de Chaumont.

Thanks, I just found Rowan's post with the mod as well and saw it for myself. I will indeed take Christophe de Perronne.

I don't know when I'll be back online and I don't want to slow this down.

Unless Rowan takes him, I'll have Thierry de Rochefort.

In case Rowan takes Thierry, I'll do with Pierre de Saint-Germain.

Last I heard, Rowan wanted Alphonse la Hire.

he still has time to change his choice until he comes and confirm this. Until then this character is reserved. Next up is woads&fang.

He's almost perfect for the story arc I've got planned for him The fact that he has nightfighter and marks of war certainly is nice as well

With this timetable, I think we should accelerate the character selection process. Players need to have their avatars by the time the Council starts and it is unfair on people like Vladimir if they are left in limbo because of one or two no-shows.

I suggest that if Marcus Agrippa has not chosen an avatar within 24 hours of this post:

    https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showp...8&postcount=77

we should skip to Cultured Drizzt Fan.

More generally, I would recommend all other people still waiting for an avatar to PM TheFlax with a ranked list of their 5 preferred avatars within 24 hours. When that time is up, theFlax can then allocate the remaining avatars - anyone not expressing a preference going to the back of the queue.

If we do that or something similar, we can be sure that everyone who has showed up will have an avatar before the Council starts on Monday.

    Thank you.

I sent a PM to TheFlax asking what characters remain.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

You can just look at the unassigned characters in the first post - it's up to date.

Thanks. The "edit time" is misleading.

Edit: Okay. I'll go for Seigneur Confident (aka Gontran de Linars)

Edit 2: I'm going to call him Gontran de Loins

2 Chivalry, huh? Don't know how that will sit with your friends in Aquitaine. I don't think showing mercy towards your enemies is near the top of their to-do list.

Chivalry is sadly very easy to lose, but if he wants to keep it, Vladimir's character is very welcome to join the Order of the Fleurs de Lys - as is any other like minded player.
