Last I heard, Rowan wanted Alphonse la Hire.

he still has time to change his choice until he comes and confirm this. Until then this character is reserved. Next up is woads&fang.

    I choose Bertin de Montsault.

He's almost perfect for the story arc I've got planned for him The fact that he has nightfighter and marks of war certainly is nice as well

ohh god looking back all of characters I choose before would all be extremely hard to write a back story for and come up with a Coat of arms. If no one else wants to shatter my dreams and the great story I have foir him I will be taking Thomas de Saint-Amand. I realize it is not my turn, but that will be my choice unless someone takes him. (go ahead, I dare you....)

With this timetable, I think we should accelerate the character selection process. Players need to have their avatars by the time the Council starts and it is unfair on people like Vladimir if they are left in limbo because of one or two no-shows.

I suggest that if Marcus Agrippa has not chosen an avatar within 24 hours of this post:

    https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showp...8&postcount=77

we should skip to Cultured Drizzt Fan.

More generally, I would recommend all other people still waiting for an avatar to PM TheFlax with a ranked list of their 5 preferred avatars within 24 hours. When that time is up, theFlax can then allocate the remaining avatars - anyone not expressing a preference going to the back of the queue.

If we do that or something similar, we can be sure that everyone who has showed up will have an avatar before the Council starts on Monday.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

It's worth noting that Marcus Agrippa, according to the poll, does not have his game properly set up yet either.
