Is there a way to see a breakdown on my country's entire domestic income? I see where it lists foreign trade income, and each province, of course, breaks down its own income, but I'd like a master screen where I can see total income by type, etc.

The government screen, the first tab lists a few things
Trade
Tax income
and a few other things, with expenditure on the other side, giving you the projected income for next turn.
