Really? I'm in 117BC and I've had a character with 'high ambitions', but passed it because I was just getting started with the Marians, and the guy getting it was a Lieutenant from the punic wars, turned corrupt, decadent politician, and a Ivnii too! Kind of the wrong material for a royal dynasty...
But I'm not sure if I have 45 type II's, could this be a bug too?
