Raoul scratches his head on learning he has sworn an inadequate oath.

I ask you to forgive a simple but honest man, my Duc, for thinking an oath of true sincerity is better than one of formula.

I, Roaul, Sieur de Châtillon, swear this oath to lord's name: When you call me to war under your banner I shall answer with all the forces I command, and I shall always do so, fighting under your banner with loyalty and courage.
