    I think any distro with a live cd would do fine. You can get Ubuntu here.

    You also may want to try something like the Ultimate Boot CD and see if it can do what you need.

    An Ubuntu LiveCD would probably be the most versatile and easiest to use. You should be able to mount NTFS volumes with this and transfer files between partitions as well as using gparted to create/resize partitions. Be careful though if you have important data as any kind of partition resizing can seriously mess things up.
