Where is EB made?

I imagine the inhumanly harsh winters feel like a relief, what with all the midges one has to endure in the summer. You don't win with arctic conditions.

I live near the volcanic crater, where it is less cold and the water never freezes.

Do people who live down there travel to the mainland much? Also, what's there to eat down there? :)

When I need supplies I get in my boat (no I am not a crazy hermit) and travel to the biggest settlement in the South Sandwich Islands, Grytviken.
EDIT: I also eat the most delicious seafood you will ever have if I take the time to catch them.

Must be quite lonley living on Thule Island.
