Only the prologue and epilogue are in Cuba, the rest is set in New Jersey (where life is cheap).

I can not play this time. I dread the horrible revenge Mafia Meister Andres will take on me. I am not manly enough to face up to him. I have never managed to defeat him except through lies and depraved means. I full well realize I shall be utterly crushed and hence am running like a girl.
All things going well, I shall also leave for my holiday tomorrow!
