    Default Atrox?

I have a little question for the makers of EB. I've had 2 characters of the same family in the same province (macedonia) recieve the "Atrox" (follows the ancient Etruscan practice of entombing his victims in rotting animal carcasses, feeding them to prolong their agony and slow their death) trait.
Curious about this incredible sadism and wondering how you actually do it, I searched around a bit but only found out it means "terrible" in Latin. Where did you find information about this practice? Was it a formal punishment or a private method?
And I thought the Etruscans were happy emancipated banqueters.

    Perhaps the Macedonians deserve that

    For defying Roman power.

Serious now, that terrible torture method maybe deployed to give the local population sense of fear against their roman conquerors. Who'll dare to revolt when he could get caught and tortured beyond imagination?

The most painful death should be crucifying,
BTW, I hope nobody mixes this trait with my nick

That would be "entombing in the carcass of a Phoenix", sowing up a flaming bird, that's really impressive torture! Or sowing up ashes, for that matter.

What struck me about the "Atrox" thing is the feeding and all, I mean that's just sick.
Crucifixion is extremely cruel, but also kinda straightforward effectiveness.
All this hauling around carcasses, sowing, (force) feeding, it all sounds like a real hassle to make someone suffer.

... says someone who probably spends hours and hours to train the most expensive armies to slaughter innocent civilians at the other side of the world in some video game. ;)

That definitely sounds Etruscan. Kinda harsh.

Entombing them in animals? Not nearly as expensive as the punishment delivered to Crassus, if you ask me.

Cool store, bro! I want some ham.
    No ham, pepsi.
They make deli slices of frozen pepsi now? Awesome!
You also need to purchase a small freezer for storage of your pepsi.
It runs on batteries. You'll need a few.
Uhh, I guess I won't have pepsi then. Do you have change for a twenty?
You can sift through the penny jar

true, Caesar's end was with a cheap worthless dagger if you compare him with Crassus.

Perhaps we should try... oops..... (Soory for that way I think, but let's try an "in - mind" experiment" ; Of course if we did this experiment for real, PETA will hack this org....)

    Partly inspired by Schrodinger's cat

    1) Bury a cat alive, attach cardiograph and brain pulse scan so we can determine when it dead...
    2) Bury a cat alive, bring some rotten mice carcass near its head, attach cardiograph and bps too...
    3) Repeat the experiment with "pet-O-meter" (I don't know the right name... just some device sold at pet shop to know how did your pet's feel about) attached... look who's sadder
