Default CTD, Forts, Recrutiment times, seasons

My first question is whether or not (I know there is no available version to test) the M2TW platform is more stable as so we no longer have to deal with the EB battle CTD. OR if simply the problem was fixed. Second are clarification questions regarding various things ive heard throughout the forum that contradict each other.

1- Will forts be available and if not is it possible to simple give a trait to a general when out of a settlement (ie 'Encamped') that would give particular bonuses. Also if not, why not.

2 - How many seasons will be available in a year, I have heard up to 12, while not necessarily bad, that would create an ungodly number of overall turns like 3000, a roman campaign could have conquered the world before the polybian reforms

3 - I have heard people make contradictory statements about unit recruitment times, will there be 0 recruitment times for certain units (honestly I used caligula to make 0 times for every unit for EB 1).

4 - unit movement - Will unit movement on the strat map be increased greatly?

These questions are answered in a number of threads, however, many threads give different answers. So I am looking for offical answers. Yes I have checked FAQ but with so many different answers in the other threads I want an official response

Not a teammember but I can answer some of those:

1 - They will probably use PSF's (permanent stone forts) to represent cities not included due to the hardcoded number of provinces. If I remember correctly, 'normal' forts can not be used if PSF's are included.

    2 - 4 Turns per year, just like EB1

3 - I think the EB Team has the philosophy that 0 turn recruitment times are not the way to go. Furthermore, does it even have an impact in the MedII:TW engine?

4 - I guess they will remain the same as in EB1, but adjusted to the larger scale of the map.

If the campaign was twelve seasons per turn, you would think they would adjust movement length and build times to conform to the extra turns, wouldn't you?

The actual problem with that is because your can only have a single turn of winter before the game announces it's a new year again.

Cool store, bro! I want some ham.
    No ham, pepsi.
They make deli slices of frozen pepsi now? Awesome!
You also need to purchase a small freezer for storage of your pepsi.
It runs on batteries. You'll need a few.
Uhh, I guess I won't have pepsi then. Do you have change for a twenty?

Wait. Is the FAQ not official enough?

    1. PSFs will likely be in. Normal forts, therefore, won't. If all generals outside of a settlement got "encamped" bonuses, what would be the difference?

    2. Could you perhaps point me in the direction whereby anyone has ever said there would be 12 turns a year.

    3. We have never supported 0 turn recruitment. Additionally, in MTW2, the benefits of zero turn recruitment are already emulated with the new recruitment system.

    4. No. The game is turn-based. Without Empire's expanded interception sphere for armies on the field, high turn moves will just ruin the game.

There is no EB battle CTD. There is an RTW battle CTD though.

Yes but EB seems to excacerbate the crash. I have had only limited CTD with RTR or vanilla for that matter. I do experience CTD with EB. I was asking if M2TW is a bit more stable ( i have never had a ctd with M2TW, so I was wondering if EB2 is having any probs at all).

And to represent lesser settlements on the map?
