I turned EB on today and instead of starting up, I got a sign that said "Rome:TW encountured an unspecified error and will now exit."

So, i uninstalled EB and installed it again real quick, and the same thing pops up. Whats more, I check Rtw and it has the same exact error. What could my problem be?
