Hrmm.... perhaps if anyone had the game Spore, they could find a suitable planet in the space stage, zoom in just enough to get an overhead view of a region, and then take a screenshot? Then it could be grid-ified...

I would do it myself, but I don't have access to my Spore game right now. The idea just popped into my head... we could just try google maps, and search for some place in Australia or New Zealand, too.

I think about 20x20 squares should fit ok. or 15x15. Whoever does it can choose.

I'd do it myself, but hard to get even distances with paint...
