Backroom search

Is there no way to search for a topic/post using the Search function in the Backroom? If not, I'd like to do so.

There isnt, its been discussed multiple times. IIRC it puts a massive load on the server and simply isnt feasible.

The EB forums have about 220,000 posts whereas the Backroom has about 270,000. Searching functions per post, not per thread (number of threads is irrelevant). Searching the EB forum probably does put quite a load on the server yes, but it's obviously necessary as people will be looking for info on the mod. Searching the off topic areas is not necessary.
