EB wont start

I turned EB on today and instead of starting up, I got a sign that said "Rome:TW encountured an unspecified error and will now exit."

So, i uninstalled EB and installed it again real quick, and the same thing pops up. Whats more, I check Rtw and it has the same exact error. What could my problem be?

(Inadvertently) removing files;
Installing 3rd party redistributables (typically software libraries) of incompatible versions overwriting the files on which RTW depends;
Hardware changes which result in drivers that don't like RTW (some unspecified errors appear to be related to sound cards/chips);
Driver changes for old hardware, to same effect as above;

Ah, thank you very much. Eb is now up and running.

It was a driver change, like you said. Fixed.
