I was reading the Wiki article on King Juan Carlos of Spain, but I was too bothered by the lack of sources, especially pertaining to his reforms, to give it credibility. For those who have studied him and know him, what kind of guy is he, really? Is he actually a reformer and moderate, or was he simply forced to change with the times? Who is King Juan Carlos, really?
