Well it depends. For me, I prefer the Alex.exe because it made my loading times a lot faster. Before, the Rome.exe took like 20 minutes to get into the main menu but with the Alex.exe it takes 5 minutes at most. Plus, night battles are pretty good. I've tried the BI.exe and its good but I didn't really like the shield wall that hoplite units got because when idle, they kinda keep moving and start humping each other. Swimming was nice and so was the Warcries for the barbarians. I haven't had a naval invasion in any of them so I'm still waiting for that
