Faction Symbol

In my mod I'm using all the original vanilla RTW faction symbols. However, the symbol for Dacia does not show up on the diplomacy screen, faction ranking screen, or senate policy screen. On the other hand, it shows up fine everywhere else in the game. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

are you doing this in BI / are you using the BI .rsd files to get swimming symbols etc?
