Got a question on the Orantid reforms. Firstly when I had taken Susa and Persia, I built the "Conqueror comes" buildings in both of those cities, but the "Subjugation" icon did not apear. Then I realized I needed the three cities in Mesopotamia ( I already had Ectaban). So I took the three cities in Mesopotamia but the subjugation icon still did not apear in Susa and Persia. I destoryed the "conqueror comes" buidlings and build them again, but still no subjugation icon. I dont know what to do. Should I have just waited untill i took mesopotamia before I build the "conqueror comes" buidlings?
