All around Tokyo, many witnesses have reported seeing "shadowy figures" running around famous sites including Asakusa Shrine, Tokyo Tower and the Imperial Palace. I'm currently here at the Imperial Palace and it has been reported that these "figures" can't actually be seen properly. Witnesses say that the strange phenomena are "just fuzzy, almost like ghosts". After the next phase, The BSS Tournament will start and everyone will get their Fixings. There will be ONE lucky player who will skip the first round and enter directly into the second round. Winning the Tournament will earn you a prize and money. Players will start fresh each round and revert back to before when back to the main story.

The tournament is a non-fatal side-stroy/minigame and you will get pirze+money at the end. and trust me, you WILL need money. not to mention that the shop (and other places) have items to buy/use

OOC: I'm obviously not roleplaying Naruto, I'm roleplaying my impression of Naruto based on the 3-or-4-odd Naruto episodes I have actually watched. I honestly don't care much about the story, but I know that Naruto has a pretty bad VA in the English dub, so I'm playing it up.
