I am thinking you are advertising in the wrong fora.
I only have Mount&Blades of the games you list, but I am not good enough to join any official team as I haven't even finished the vanilla game yet.

There is a Mount&Blade crew hanging out in the Arena and I would suggest you post a similar thread there. Also in the specific MTW2 and ETW fora would be people who play those games regularly.
I stopped at RTW and I have to admit that I have yet to finish my first campaign as Julii (even after so many years )
