Thread: Soldier skins on Campaign Map?

  1. #1

Default Soldier skins on Campaign Map?

Each faction has 2 different skins for their army... One for the generals or "named characters", and another for regular soldiers! Where are these skins located for editing?

in the obvious place usually: models_strat/textures

although a mod could call them from anywhere if they so chose, even the battlemap model texture folder.

Depends on the mod. You'll have to look in descr_model_battle.txt and descr_model_strat.txt for battle mode and strategy map skins/models, correspondingly, to see which files it uses for which unit-faction combination.
