Small case of finger-> face for Krook, I think it's time Poland lets WW2 go, I know it hit Poland really really hard but we are a different generation, not the same germans, and admittingly to a lesser extent not the same Russians. Looking back to recent history is a waste of time there is nothing to learn, nothing to gain, we can't really understand our times we are in the middle of it.

You start out fine but the nothing can be learned/done part is what I don't agree with.
In fact a lot was learned from WW1 and 2, especially europeans have largely started to try to abandon violence, wars etc. Patriotism took a big hit in many countries as well, if we said nothing can be learned or done then I guess it would be fine if we all voted for the NPD here.

So did europeans in the Vienna convention, it worked, for a while. I doubt there will be more wars amongst European nations but to say we have learned from WW2, doubt it, this is the pax america we owe our peace to them not to ourselves.
