Do their honourary names make up part of their internal name ever? ie. Does Mr KaseoD ever become KaseoD Afrikanvs or something like that?Most of the time this problem would be obvious. If you were playing Makedonia and had two guys named "Demetrios Argeades" you wouldn't be surprised that the game only sees one of them. Since the Roman names are hidden, you don't know if this is going to happen before you test them.
Roman honorary names are passed down to children. This is how it was historically (generally) and how it is supposed to work in the game.
