First of all, start a new thread with your own problem the next time, so it is easier to see which posts are important to your case and which not.

To your problem:
I assume you have a legal version of RTW? And it is patched to 1.5!
Try to run Vanilla RTW, if it does not work than install from scratch.
Did you alter any files? If so, no one here can help you, use your backups or install new.

Run a validation!
