CTD help

Hi,

I have played EB for some time now but experience alot of random crashes after turns or after battles, especially on the romans. My current roman campaign will no longer work because everytime I end the turn it crashes. I run it on Vista, and installed it through

C:\Users\Desktop\games\tw

Im not sure if that was where I should have installed it I just know I wasnt supposed to install in program files. Also, I have resorted to saving during the AIs turn, to save the progress if several battles are fought during the AIs turn. However, if I reload in that situtation I am unable to activiate the script until it is my turn again. will this pose a problem?

you may want to try typing "disable_ai" into the console and play a few turns (though this is somewhat cheating it is often the simplest solution) after about a year (game time of course,) type in "run_ai" and all should be well...
As an aside, try to eliminate enemy armies who's movement seems to cause the CTD's.
