So, me and a friend are playing the Carthaginians in EB, RTW. And for some reason we can't recruit African Elite Infantry from Karst-Hadast. We have all the requisite buildings. I'm personally thinking a corrupt install, but just wanted to check if there was perhaps something I'd forgotten before I go through all the tedious effort of uninstalling and reinstalling....
