Decisive Battles in my RTW campaign

Alright these are some of my decisive battles in my campaign:
1.Battle of Appolonia-epirus border

the begining

I am Amulius Brutus, 2nd son of Tiberius brutus- brutii faction leader. i was ordered by my father( my father was ordered by the senate) to take Thermon from the Epirots.The Epirot king, Demetreus has notticed the romans crossing the border of epirus to appolonia.He ordered his men under Captain Exador to attack me he along with 3000 men meets me at the border......

I along with my Senior Centurion, Marcus sally forth to meet Exador.After a long converstion with exador, me,SC Marcus, and diplomat Caius Flaminius returned back to our temporary camp near the mountains.Exador did'nt want to surrrender he was hard headed. he already ordered his army to get ready. So as I. I ordered my men to get ready to fight. I only have 2 experienced hastati units and the equites were also experienced from the battle of Appolonia under my older brother, Aulus Brutus.Now I must destroy them alone with my own strength and brains. At midday my army was already ready for battle, well they were ready. My Bodyguards were also ready as well. Before the battle me and my centurions had to think of a strategy to defeat the phalanx. The Equites can do it but the enemy has greek cavalry that can stop them from charging the phalanx. but the enemy has made a large gap between the phalanxes. A gap is good for infantry but bad for cavalry.then shall we start this battle and fight for Rome!!!!!

the battle

I rode my horse on front of the centurys of hastati. as usual I ordered my velites to throw javelins at men.the skirmish ended with both side throwing javelins at each other.....
My side won the skirmish, I continued to order the velites forward. some of the phalanx pikemen were killed. My velites retreated. My hastati moves forward engaging with the phalanx some died.but much of them defendedthem selves with there shields. while fighting i ordered the Equites to flank them. The Equites first engage with Exador . When I arrived Exadors head was on one of the equites's spear. I took the head then I saw it to his Hoplites. The entire army was terrified by it. I knew there moral was broken, they were now surrounded and was force to fight with there swords, they were slaughtered...

the battle ended in victory from the romans,for me, and for the brutii!!

Interesting style, almost reads like a cross between a journal entry and a statistical account. Looking forward to the next battle! Though your screenshot of the battle itself seems rather small

Background
After years Italy has been surrounded...
to the North, Barbarians plunder the Land, Ambushing Roman trade convoys and allies
to the east, samnites and Rebels are sacking our cities...and fighting our friends , the Scipii based at the city of Ancona.
and to the South. Greeks Colonilized our Southern Part of Italy.
We, the romans must stop this threat.
And now we, the Senate has appointed Military Tribunes Gaius Julius and Decius Maxentius to vanquish this threat and save Latium from destruction...
Gaius Julius

My name is Gaius Julius, Military tribune for the roman republic. I have been elected Consul this year, and will do anything to save Rome from Plunder. Me and my fellow Military tribune, Decius Maxentius will stop this threat. Dumnorix will die. He will die in my own and by my own hands!!!!
The Battle
The army's of both sides has met at milvian bridge that what is now the bridge of ponte Milvo.
the Julii army only consists of three units, Gaius's personal guard,archers, and a maniple of triarii.
Decius's army is much more larger, he has 4 hastati,4 principes, 3 velites ,his prsonal guard , and some Eqvites. Dumnorix has 2 times the number of the roman army. but the barbarians rely on brute force and bravery of their troops. The Romans rely on the flexibility of there men and well-planned formations,tactics, strategy nad the discipliince of there legions. Gaius's army was still across the bridge and if he crosses the bridge his army will be slaughtered by the barbarians, so he waited for the right time to attack. they only moved in circles to confuse the enemy. one of the barabarian cavalry attacked but was quickly reppeled by the triarii.meanwhile, decius's velites had begun to skirmish against the skirmisher warband. Dumnorix, with full confidence, attacked the romans head on.after Dumnorix charged gaius,and his army engages the barbarian army.While Decius's legions fight,Gaius Julius attacked straight to dumnorix's head.he and his men defeated Dumnorix's body guard and gaius thrusted Dumnorix's chest with a spear. He died while he was still on his horse.After the battle Gaius and Decius finally meet again. The two military tribunes rode to rome together and was rewarded a military triumph. Also he was given more troops.He recieved another message from he senate, To take Tarquinii,an etruscan city that was collonized by the Greeks.Now, with a large army,he and his son, Secundus, besieged and took the city.

Gaius Julius died in 301BC with the age of 65. his ranks were tooken by Secundus julius then by his grandson, Flavius Julius.
