hmmm....I like Beskars better, no offence. most of them look really good (like U.P., GB, France, Marathas, Ottomans, Sweden, U.S) but the ones with symbols (Austria, Russia, Prussia, Spain, PL) just look a bit odd.

Meh, in my opinion the flags will destroy the uniformity, despite the conservative nature of such a modest proposal. I would rather not see any changes, but that is just me... Perhaps Prussian Iron can be the only one presented with such avatar for now, as others do not seem to be clamouring too vociferously for the institution of flag-avatars.

I like the uniformity of this site too, but faction symbols and flags would be a great addition.

We -do- have a few notable units used as avatars rather than just Leaderheads, why not faction symbols?

Unfortunately, one of my biggest disappointments about this site was the fact that we had to use pre-selected avatars.

Believe me, as you (if you) spend more time on this site, you will come to appreciate its uniformity above the benefits of custom avatars. Who gives a crap what avatar you or I have? No one. Who wants uniform, non-rubbish/boobs/arse/flashing avatars? everyone. The good of the many supersedes the need of the few. In other words - For the Greater Good!
