The French Republic flag ought to be added to the other flags. No way I'd use the Bourbons Fleur de Lys flag. Royalist scums won't rule over the org.

Joke aside, yes, a bit more variety for the avatars would be nice. Obviously, allowing custom avatars would be a bad idea (just have a look at TWC if you think otherwise). But more choice would be a sound decision. You just have to take them from the TW games and well-known mods (I'm thinking of EB here, if the team is fine with the idea). I'm not even sure ETW portraits are available at the moment.
