whats funny is, looking the first abstain vote, i thought Sasaki was roelplaying and he was "Mark the Red" (i did watch the rest of the clips of "The Gamers" along with the introduction pever posted and i actually meant the post about passing out to indicate my role...i did not realize drinking was mentioned in the storyline posted )

and it worked perfectly for pever when Tratorix was the first to be lynched

Me: A dark narrow passage snakes off into the fortress. There's a sputtering torch every 20 yards or so, but they aren't giving off enough light to push back the darkness.

Nimble: Nimble takes point!

Me: The air gets warmer and harder to breath the farther you go into the ruins.

After a few turns, you come to a large door. It's locked.

Nimble: Hmm. I pick the lock.

Do I see anything odd in the next hall?

Me: Nope.

Nimble: I walk down the hall.

Nimble gets hit in the chest by a fireball and dies

Nimble: Did I say walk down the hall? I meant sneak down the hall.

Me: So why didn't you say sneak before?

Nimble: I shouldn't have to. I'm a thief, I sneak everywhere I go.

Me: No you don't. You don't sneak around in broad daylight, you don't sneak around in church.

Nimble: No, but I do sneak around in a danger zone.

Me: Yeah, but you didn't know there was a trap in the room so you didn't know it was a danger zone. Did ya?

Nimble: Look. A thief of my level wouldn't walk blindly into a possibly trapped room.

Me: Like you did.

Nimble: I wouldn't have if you'd just...

Me: Fine, fine. We'll do it again.

Nimble gets hit in the chest again by the fireball, and again dies.

Nimble: Did I say sneak down the hall?

Me: Yes, you did.

Nimble: Well, as a master thief, of course I would know when to be weary of such traps.

Me: Uh huh. And what would a master thief do in such a situation?

Nimble: Easy. I crawl down the hall, an inch at a time looking for traps.

Me: Whatever.

Nimble gets hit by the fireball again and dies.

AVSM: Dammit!

The rest of the party continues onwards.

Day 3!

Me: Woah, woah guys. I want you to roleplay this. You've just been through an evil castle, the last group of people you met tried to kill you and now theres a mysterious person in front of you? Just...act appropriately.

Rogar: Hmm ok. You there, you seem a trusty fellow. Would you care to join us on our noble quest?

Tratorix has re-rolled and is back in.

You let atheotes supply you with an answer instead of giving it yourself...if you were really mark the red you would have voted me in that post, but you hadn't decided who you were going to pretend to be yet.

Actually I haven't been paying much attention to the thread and didn't realize it was a voting round.

What makes you think I have been roleplaying? Maybe I had no choice in being inactive...

hmm... it is pretty much a toss up between between John and Sasaki on who is lying
in favout of John - he was forced to be inactive for sometime, which is believable in the context
in favour of Sasaki - John did not object to Sasaki's role claim till i pointed out (for this reason i am leaning towards lynching John )


so our situation is we have 6 people with 2 known innocents (Tratorix and myself)
the write-ups have so far have identied who has been lynched

we can lynch one of Sasaki or John today, we will know if that person was mafia or not.

If we get it right with the today's lynch, good on us

if we get it wrong we will be left with 5 people (2 mafia)
we can then lynch the right person, leaving us with 4 people(1 mafia)

i see no harm in following through with this...correct me if i am wrong
