    Default 'Enslved own people' trait

    Hello fellow EB fans!
yesterday I dicovered this really bad trait 'Enslved his own people' (-3 influence). But I wasnt shure from wich settlement that came. As ptolies I took Meroe, Axum, Ammonion. Is one of them 'hellenic'?
    thx

Probably came from Ammonium, though any of them could have given it to you I think. Don't enslave/execute cities that are close to your starting provinces, especially if you're using a native general who is unselfish.

It is quite simple actually. Of course it was Ammonium. It was under heavy Hellenic influence, unlike the other two. Anyway, why do the Ptolies not start out with that region? I thought it was part of their kingdom, n'est-ce pas?

In any case, "Enslaved his own people" is a very specific, carefully scripted trait that is listed in the EDCT. Various factions get it for enslaving various cities/towns related to themselves. It does not matter what general you have. There is a 100% chance you will get it if you enslave any of the scripted settlements.

Blast, I still cannot find it in the EDCT... Oh well, I will post it later if I see it. I remember seeing it long ago somewhere, but....

I imagine that re-taking one of your own starting settlements and enslaving it would have this effect.

Cool store, bro! I want some ham.
    No ham, pepsi.
They make deli slices of frozen pepsi now? Awesome!
You also need to purchase a small freezer for storage of your pepsi.
It runs on batteries. You'll need a few.
Uhh, I guess I won't have pepsi then. Do you have change for a twenty?

No, like I said, there is a specific list of settlements each faction is not supposed to exterminate. It is in EDCT, although I may be wrong. For instance, KH should not exterminate Chersonesos, Byzantium and Thermon, lest the FM obtains that trait.

Nevertheless, I imagine that many of a faction's starting settlements are on that list, if not all of them (KH, for example).
