Since Win7 is brand new, not everyone has it and I suppose some mod managers etc might have to be specially built for it, I don't know for sure. I know that I'll be getting Win7 myself so I'll find out soon enough.

It could also be that with the new patches, some things in the db files might of gotten moved around. I suggest turning off all your mods, then test each one at a time and see which causes problems.

Hi and thanks for answering me.
I have tryed every moods I have and none works.
    It goes like this.
If I put a mods i data-folder(were it belong) na dI tryed with modmanager, I'll got an exception and modmanager will not start.
If I tryed to start the game, it begin to start then CTD.

Is this something to do with Windows7 or 64 bit or the new path?

in windows7 you should make sure, that you have all needed permissions for the folder when executing programs, that seems to be something of an issue allover ...

and about campatibillity: most programs require deep 'system surgery' in order to function propperly on win7, so i guess most of the modding stuff wont work on the platform until some new versions will arise from the midst of the modding community.
btw: this is sadly true for everything modding, not just TW-games ..

    cheers
In the beginning there was nothing.
so god said:'let there be light'.
    and there was still nothing,

What if you run it into Compatibilty mode for WinXP Service Pack 2?

The only mod I can run now is DarthMod_Empire_3,2 and what I understand it depends of the latest patch.
