For the EB script, how do I make it to where the only thing it does is spawn the generals for the type4 governments? Thats I really care about it doing. Thats the only important thing that it does for me. It slows down the PC to much.

The spawning generals was over half of the script and was removed by EB 1.2.

The rest of the script simply IS EB.

So, when I build a type4 government with the script disabled, it will now spawn generals when the building is finished?

No, it won't spawn anything, since it was removed.
You will be able to recruit a client ruler from your Type IV government though.

thanks, any other features I need to know that are disabled by not activating the script? ( important features)

Also, is there a way to make it to where it doesnt pop up every time I click on a settlement? Or could I delete everything in the script and make it to where I activate it but nothing happens?

Important features? The script really is EB, you'd have no reforms, no 4turns per year, no gouvernment buildings placed for AI factions (and thus no recruitment from AI factions) and most factions would go bankrupt after the first turn. And there is more... You really should'nt play without the script, it's absolutely gamebreaking.

Also there is no way to run the scripty automatically, so you have to activate it every time you start a new campaign or load a savegame.
