No. The files are hidden. Here's a link to view your hidden files. Make sure your account is on administrator, too. I can't even find that file

Also, if you are going to reinstall, you might want to go ahead and reinstall in the default program files. I don't think it will really effect anything if you don't, but it couldn't hurt. lol.

Why don't I just sub your turn for you again? If by next turn you still can't run the game, then you can leave us, I guess.
Also, let me upload my BC files tonight over Mediafire. Once it's uploaded, I'll send you the link. Maybe that will work.
