The mighty doors of the Council Chambers slowly open to admit new a new delegation. Sliding in through a small gap before the door can be opened is a small man. He has dark eyes and a shock of black hair ruffled onto his head. The lack of hair on his face indicated that he wasn't out of his teenage years yet but he carried himself with the dignity of someone far older and wiser.
Wondering over towards a seat pointed out to him by a guard he finds an old man sleeping in the chair. It must be the deaf mute that said nothing in the Chambers over the past few years. With a look of pity mixed with anger the man kicked him in the shins and glared at him as he awoke. With a pitiful squeak he squandered out of chambers forever. Looking at the shocked delegations from other nations the man turns and starts to speak.
Hello mighty ambassadors of all nations that majestically adorn these chambers. My name is Hasanak, leader of the Deputation sent from Ghazna. We (looking round to see he was the only diplomat sent by the Ghaznavids), I am here to declare that the Ghaznavid's wish only peace in their nation. No nation are our sworn enemies and we will fight for no other nation unless significant relations have been built. I wish you all good health and a desire to see the East purged of war.
Bowing his head, Hasanak swept his robe behind a shoulder and sat on his prescribed seat.
