What (gothic metal) band is that?

Okay, while browsing through my hard drive, I found this old WoW video I downloaded when I was still addict.

So hum heh. I'm looking for the name of the band(s) whose songs are featured in the video, or for the name of the songs.
I'm pretty sure it's a german gothic metal band (or something similar). I first thought it was Lacrimosa (the guy who made that video once told me it, and I'm pretty sure it had a latin name), but after listening to all their songs, well, it looks like I was wrong.

The second is E Nomine - Der Turm.
