Can I skip computer moves?

You can do it in-game; 'Game Options' has a drop down menu at the bottom where you can choose if you want to follow the AI movement.

Please note, this sometimes results in some 'Ta daaaaaaa! Suck my Trebuchet!' moments when the stack you didn't notice invisibly teleporting across your land finally splats a settlement. :p
