Earlier incarnations of Battle Royale often had buildings (hospitals, warehouses, etc.) where you would be more likely to find equipment. You could also blow them up, if you had the tools. They also made great ambush spots, since multiple players would usually make a beeline for them.

Sounds good.

I am working on a more professional map as well as more evaluated rules. I want to make the battles somewhat mathematical as well.

I agree with the above, but make sure tactics and orders still play a part. Trying to find a counter to your opponents possible strategies is half the fun.

Plus I love coming up with fun ways to turn all the stuff I find into weaponry.

and of course I love obsessively creating a battle strategy I think is right for the occasion.

Half the fun for me is coming up with the fights in accordance to the battle plans players send into me, so making the battles mathematical might kill the fun.

Right now my system consists of the Luck attribute connected with the length of the PM deciding on random events. It seems to be working but some people may feel a bit cheated. There are more nights to be had
