But since Russia and Turkey are featured in AOE III, shouldn't we be included as well?

There aren't any other Islamic factions, right? So can I call Jihads?

As far as I can remember there were no major war between western and muslim nations. So, short - no you can't call jihads.[Edit: Since you are the only muslim nation in this game]

However, you can have many and many revolts against your power etc.
