(Well, the Netherlands is going to be pretty neutral and peaceful, as I am by far, the smallest faction, even after I reunited the Netherlands under one banner.)

Great. Moving on..... Suffice to say we are not created in spite of you Sweden. We exist to have a peaceful balance of power in Northern Europe. And each member are there own sovereign nation. We all have separate treaties outside of the alliance, that we honor just as vigorously as the alliance itself. Thats all I really have to say that could placate you.

Just to recap King James is staying Neutral in any current conflicts going on in Europe. The Franco/Swiss conflict hits us especially hard, as we had wished to remain friendly with both.... So we are remaining neutral, which we hope does not irritate either side....

Although we are with many others who state the Ottoman Invasion of Austria is foolish and they have no claim to Cristian Europe.

Of course, the Saxons should have no rights to take Westphalia, nor do the Dutch to the Rhineland. Only the Bohemian king has claims to the Rhenanian lands.

Rhinelands are a vassal state under protection of the dutch armies due to their own free-will. I haven't laid claim to those lands as I, Maurice of Nassu don't own them.

technically as a rebel you have no rights in the HRE land claims. And saxons have rights to Westphalia by the marriage of the Grand Duke to Konig the Great's daughter. So suffice it to say we have rights there.

Westphalia is a region made up of countless small states. Unless your daughter quite promiscuous, I highly doubt that.

I may be a rebel, but I am still the King of Bohemia, and thus, elector of the Palatinate, ruler of all lands associated.

At all.

Your sultans death didn't have anything to do with the loss of those battles. Austrian armies just had better troops.

And declaration of war is needed so that larger kingdoms(like France) wouldn't steamroll over smaller states(like Savoy was).

Currently other players can at least try to set up some sort of defence.

sweden my northern brother, i have nothing but respect for you. There is no need to become angry about the northern alliance. I will still maintain trade with you and our prior arrangements still stand.

oh and you are going to remove your troops from my land correct? i see you have a ship nearby

Yes, my transport ship is moving to take my garrison away. I merely ran out of moves.

As to the Northern Alliance, Sweden realizes it wasnt created because of us, we also recognize that this is a major power bloc that could be contradictory to Swedish interests.

No.

You need to have the land, to swap it. You could add conditional things like "Once I got the land, we can swap it" or "I will allow you to take that land" sort of thing.

depends what you mean. when you say unoccupied territory do you mean land you have not occupied but your enemy has? Or do you mean land no one has yet.
