Indeed. As you guys can see, I'm up to my eyeballs in debt. France dug a big hole, and unfortunately filling it will be expensive. Not much I can do about that, my life was kinda on the line a couple rounds ago, and now I have a big fat army to feed and loans to repay.

I would be happy to assist the Swiss in paying back their debts if they have gone the way of a more peaceful solution. At least in part, not in whole

Your assistance will be most appreciated if the French can be persuaded to leave us in peace and at a loss of territory, which I am sure will happen just as soon as pigs write poetry.

Seriously, it will take a lot of passing the pot around to pay for the mess France made. But I'm reasonable enough to say peace is possible.
