Absolutely hilarious. Those who start wars must pay for their villainous deeds. France would "accept" a white peace when they are in a terrible, losing position with 3 nations advancing on him. Yeah, I'd accept that too, in France's situation. And if I were France, I would think anyone who offered to let me off that easy is daft. It's like a group police officers surrounded a criminal on the street, who was in the process of stabbing someone to death.
Criminal- "I'd be willing to stop stabbing this person if you let me go free. Promise I won't do it again. Pinky swear!!!"
