Maybe I should try and do something with the pesticides seeing as I'm a chemical engineer? Might be able to make some sort of weapon out of them.

Already have stated what I wish from the pile

Butter knives, just in case I need to ram something into something's skull, A pair of lawnmower blades to chop them off, and ceramic plates to smash on the floor and run away, just in case we are pursued, big scary thing no likey run over sharp objects

And of course! My trusty vase...

I'll be happy to head to the storage room with you, if I'm considered heavily armed

The current list of confirmed activities stand at:

Johnhughthom: Kitchen Expedition (seriously needs food)
    scottishranger+Split: Sleeping [Need Sleep]
    Guard/Guards [Guard the sleepers]

Oh fine I just had another idea, we could grab all our stuff, go into the garden and burn down the house with the ghouls inside. We'd kill allmost all the ghouls and when the flames die down we can either climb over the rubble or, if the walls are still standing, break down the weakened front door.

somehow I think that would end with us all burning to death painfully and slowly. Or all of the ghouls popping out of the house and eating us. I don't think zain would let us pull something like that, especially when the ghouls would obviously jump out into the garden, and we would have to fight them all at once. (hint, I think that is a bad Idea.)

Well what would you prefer a full out battle where we are all in one place making a stand with all our strength or be picked off one by one?
I dont think that we would be burned to death as the garden is probably large enough for us to keep a safe distance, the fences won't be flamable as I think Zain would have thought of us trying to destroy them and as such prepared and the house wont drop on us as the house only has 2 floors over ground level.

We have no idea how many ghouls there are. Could be to many to take. To many unknowns. But lets say for a minute all the ghouls burn to death. I still think lighting a fire to burn the whole house would be too out of control. What if the garden catches fire? We are all boned. To big of a risk, Playing with fire is not the answer. I mean "PROBABLY?" I do not like the sounds of that. You are right, Zain probably would have though of this, and I can not see that ending good for us.

    Also, some more info:

before the groups head out we are going to try and open that lock box, use all the keys we can. Atheotes and Elite ferret will mull over what we can use the pesticide for.

    Edit: sorry twilight, mistake.

The garden is large enough to contain a swimming pool. Eh fine I was only putting it forward because I was bored. I wonder if we will find any deoderant in the bathroom, we could use it as a rorschach style flamethrower.

I think that its entirely possible that the ghouls are scared of overwhelming numbers.

They weren't there when we were around, but when we split up, they attacked you

I suppose then, me and GB will cover them while they rush forwards like little hobbits battling the cave troll and stab it with their pointy butter knives

No one wants ceramic plates eh?

    Free Equipment:

i know i aint playing (althought i'd love to) and i dunno if i can comment, but i think the ghoul's weak point is their heads. seems like attack anywhere does little damage, but a head swipe kills them straight off (plus you get a key).

but im sure most of you know that already

Also Centurion1 will be there doing something with a drill... probably drilling something. But it's best not to make light of our situation with jokes about drills. That might be spammy.

Serious mode: We shall clear the room of ghouls, as if I need to state it.

Those coat hangers that we have can probably be cut and bent into some rudimentary brass knuckles or something. I'd say that would probably be at least as useful as a butter knife.

If we can't find anything to do with with the pesticide spray, we can always use it as a makeshift flamethrower (like the deoderant idea) if we get any matches or lighters. We may find some sort of giant bug, though, in which case using the stuff would be painfully obvious.
