How do I recruit Kretan Archers?

I think you can't recruit Cretan archers at Crete (yeah, it's paradoxical, i know): but still you can recruit them in Antiocheia, but you'll need local, not factional barracs (lvl 4 or 5 AFAIK)

And no Spartan hoplites for Macedonia: they are KH factional troops
