2. If possible please drove us the screenshots to duplicate the issue?
3. When did you start experiencing this problem with your NVIDIA based card? Was it working before?

Nope, he hasn't so he passes the issue on. Seems like a typical fob off to be honest. You will probably get generic advice at best - if you even get any response. Of course I may be wrong, but going by Nvidia's past reputation, I'll be surprised if you get any real help.Hello Alex,

I think Nvidia's official line on this problem in the past has been that it's CA/SEGA's problem.
And CA/SEGA have not made any official responses to this issue as far as I'm aware. I seem to remember CA responding to someone in the past informing them that it was a problem with their hardware/drivers (i.e. Nvidia's problem)...
In reality though this is CA/SEGA's problem. It is CA/SEGA that should be releasing a patch for this and it is CA/SEGA that introduced these flaws into the game from the start.
