Well this is news to me.
How did this even happen?

There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford
My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.
I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.
My guess would be that there was some kind of financial transcation involved...
In remembrance of our great Admin Tosa Inu, A tireless worker with the patience of a saint. As long as I live I will not forget you. Thank you for everything!
Long time, now.

"Take a close look at the track record of this company, and you'll see that we've gambled in markets traditionally regarded as non-profit: hospitals, prisons, space exploration. I say good business is where you find it," — Richard Jones, Chairman, OCP
Wrong! Wrong! Wrong!
Strike, your OP is backwards. If you want the same level of respectability as Tribesman, you need to post a link with no commentary. There is a hint of commentary in the OP and no link.

Here's a wikipedia-reported list of companies owned in whole or in part, by GE. I remember reading one of the odd co-incidences of 9-11 being: the engines of the airplanes used were made by GE. GE was a major holder of the lease of the Twin Towers. GE was the primary insurer and re-insurer of the Twin Towers, as well as the primary insurer of American Airlines, and the earliest report of trouble was made by MSNBC.
Weird, eh?

The show 30 Rock pokes fun at this fact a lot.
Strike, thank you for volunteering to demonstrate why starting threads with no content is a bad thing. It was a selfless act, typical of the considerate and noble Texan.
Job done, I think. You can go back you your usual verbose style full of closely-argued and impeccably logical premises.
